LED Lighting retrofit kit

Reducting Lighting power 44% saving & Extending lifetime 10 times. LED Lighting · Marine Retrofit & Energy Saving Solution

LED Lighting retrofit kit service illustration

SERVICE OVERVIEW

Upgrade existing ship lighting without replacing the complete fixture.

Many existing vessels continue to operate conventional fluorescent lighting systems with relatively high power consumption, short replacement intervals and recurring ballast and lamp maintenance.

The LED Repair Kit replaces the internal fluorescent lamp and ballast arrangement with a dedicated marine LED module while retaining the existing lighting fixture where applicable.

The available 20W Repair Kit replaces FL-2×18W, while the 40W Repair Kit replaces FL-2×36W fluorescent arrangements. The supplied material describes the system as a drop-in replacement that does not require additional wiring work.

With a rated service life of ≥50,000 hours, reduced electrical load and simplified maintenance, the solution provides both technical and economic benefits throughout the vessel's operating life.
